We are longtime customers and are never disappointed with the products or customer service we receive. The store’s pricing on the Pre de Provence soaps are highly competitive and Tina always fills orders with lightning speed. The bars are well packed and arrive within days. A delightful experience all the way around!

As usual, California Decor never disappoints! Shipments are prompt. Packing is always neat and secure. The various fragrance options are super! The personal touch of a handwritten “Thank You” note is phenomenal! I used to make my purchases thru Amazon but I love ordering directly from Tina and Victor!

Thanks to Tina and her husband -California Decor! I greatly adore your customer service .. the extra gifts .. the way you package and promptly ship.. the assortment of soaps (scents and sizes)… I first discovered the soaps at Amazon but I shop directly from Tina and her husband. I have a love affair with Pre de Provence bar soaps - such a wonderful bit of luxury for my daily shower! The California Decor prices just can't be beat, especially buying in bulk, and they always have a full selection of scents. Wonderful service and secure shipping, AND I get to support a "mom and pop" store instead of some big box corporation. Repeat customer here!

Have bought again & Will buy again 11/09/2025

This is my second time buying soap here. A good price for a soap that does NOT have coconut or palm oil in it. Most other commercially available soaps contain coconut/palm, in one form or another. Even ones that previously did not have switched over to using palm oil. This one does NOT, and is good for anyone with a coconut allergy/sensitivity. On top of that, the soap smells wonderful and is good for exfoliating. I recommend the large bundles - you can get enough for a year and /or stocking stuffers for Christmas. The packing was good, and all the soap (both times) arrived in good condition and on time. And next year I will buy again.

Always a treat! 11/04/2025

Love these Pre de Provence soaps. Have been buying them for years and they never disappoint. Wonderful fragrances (natural not artificial and overly strong) and long-lasting (the bar doesn’t melt after a couple of days in the shower) and the lather is terrific. These are our go-to for soap. Just love them. Well worth the price!

I decided that I want only this soap for the rest of my life. The bars last SO LONG! The scents are amazing, but not overwhelming. You can also use the lather to wash your hair! My son loves these bars too. And even with the 2 of us using them, they last well over a month! (regular store bars barely last a week) Buying a bulk pack, I don't need to buy more for at least a year or two, and that is with giving some away to friends to use too! Shipping included!

Outstanding Source for PdP 12/13/2024

Contacted in a hurry during busiest season.

Polite to a fault and went out of way to fully assist my enquiries. Shipped almost immediately. Highly recommended!

Bear in mind they are resellers - their job is customer service, distributing and shipping at which they are outstanding.

PdP is the best classic French soap for the money and by a long way but that due to PdP's business model. Am so enthralled, it is my sole bath soap having tried nearly all the best available.
